Bravo! I’ve solved this issue.
It’s not the wrong configuration.
I re-install with source code(18.1.2) and it works.

To everyone view this topic, it is not recommended to install pbs pro(14.1.2) via yum from the repo of ohpc.

Update my reply to eliminate misleading.

The true problem is I installed the pbs_mom in shared disk for all execution nodes.
