Noob question: can't initialize the PBS dataservice

I have tried in the same machine setup

OS : CentOS 6.8
Postgres DB : v9.4.21

Configuration:

  1. ./configure --prefix=/opt/pbs -with-database-dir=/home/pbs/pgsql --with-database-user=pbs
  2. make
  3. make install

Installation logs:
