Hi
We have 1 v100 withv2 GPU on one Node (Tyrone)and 1 v100 with 4 GPU on DGX station.How to club these 2 GPUS in Openpbs to schedule the Jobs.
We cannot merge these two nodes with respective gpu cards as one machine, but we can distribute one job to use these 2 gpu cards provided the application supports such an operation. Please let me know whether i answered your question or deviated , if you can explain more on what you would like to do, which application, why you would like to combine 2 gpus from different hosts, it would be helpful for me and others on the forum to pitch in.
