Problem
PBS version = 14.1 and OS flavor = Centos 6.4
Jobs is completed then also showing E status of jobs and occupied the nodes. Every time we need to forcefully kill the jobs.

Please check the mom logs of the node on which the job ran or stuck in E state.
Stuck in long “E” state means, there is an issue with stageout
