i have installed pbs pro-19.1.3 successfully on my centos7.8 terminal but when try to run command qmgr to form a queue it is showing the error the not connected to the server .
Please check the pbs services are running on the system
/etc/init.d/pbs status
ps -ef | grep pbs_
