I’m puzzled why the “sharing” attribute doesn’t seem to be working as it should

I have tried to go over my previous test cases, and I cannot reproduce it. I think that the actual backfilling was not really working at the time. Something which has now been resolved in other threads (setting strict_ordering etc).

Yes. That seems fine.

It’s easy to use v2 config files with the incorrect syntax (sharing is an attribute and not a resource) or to forget that v2 config files need to start with “$configversion 2” to work properly.

True. The v2 config is (for host dn101):

$configversion 2 dn101: sharing = force_exclhost

PS: On a side note, I would still like to have a way to make a single v2 config file be applicable for multiple/all hosts MOM sharing config
