Configure GAMESS-US for PBSPro

Hello,

I’d like to configure GAMESS-US for PBSPro so users after login via SSH can submit jobs. I don’t really know where to start from, may someone give me advices?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Please make sure you can run GAMESS-US batch command line on the compute nodes without any issues as a standard user (without using PBS Pro)
  2. Then integrate this batch command line in a script with PBS Pro directives
  3. Then submit the job using the qsub
