Equal fair share

Hi

It possible to configure somehow that all users will get the number of running jobs equally.
for example:
I have queue with 60 slots and 6 users sharing it, each user send many jobs to the queue at different times and now all users have queued jobs.
I want that each user will get 10 jobs no matter what was his usage.

Would all of the user jobs request the same number of resources (ncpus/mem/walltime) ?
You can check server and queue limits.

yes all users using same resources.
there is such option?
