Proposal to add a "Test Logs" section to the pull request template

Hi all,

The new process says that we should attach our evidence of testing (test logs) to our pull request, but it doesn’t say how/where. I have found it difficult to find test logs when they are added to the pull request as part of the conversation.
I propose that we add a new section to the pull request template called “Test Logs”. I also propose that we add a note to that section asking people to attach all testing logs there through the life of a PR.

I would like to hear what the community thinks.
