pbs_report command is not available on PBS in our cluster.
pls guide me to enable the pbs_report command.
PBS version 14.0.1
pbs-report location would be /opt/pbs/unsupported/pbs-report
There no configuration in openpbs to enable or disable the commands. By default all commands are available to every user, but only delegated users can execute them successfully.

No, here also not there
As of 14.x pbs-report is no longer on the open source PBS releases and is unsupported on commercial versions. You could try pulling it from an older release and seeing if that works…
