Configuration steps

Hi
I downloaded and installed pbs-Pro 19.1.3 rpms for centos from pbspro.org.
I read the install guides are at altair.com. when I go here I see docs for 19.2.3.
I can read the initial documents but when I click on links within the docs for additional information.
I get a message that says the link is no longer valid.
am i missing something or is there something wrong with this web site?

thanks for the quick reply and verification.

I was working with firefox. I switched to IE and I seem to be ok now.
