we have login credentials for Altair.
You should be able to download from the Altair One Market Place.
Search for PBS and download for the OS you require.

Looks like you need to contact Altair for this and there is no direct access to the binaries on the Market place.
Shravan, please contact the local/regional support team to download those binaries.
If you can find out how you recieved the license file, the same team can request for the installers for portal and remote viz. Any commercial products please contact respective regions sales / technical team.
