Dear Wizards.
I do not know if this is the right forum. But I am wondering if it is possible to buy assistance from Altair (or anybody else) with in-depth knowledge of PBSpro - on a per-hour or time pool basis. I am not talking about a “full pro / licence” package, nor 24/7 support, but rather a place to go with, say, concrete technical/configuration issues, as eg.:
Node grouping - config problems
Also, I am not (yet) considering on-site support and dial-in is out of the question due to company restrictions. But it could include phone/skype/whatever communication to understand our specific needs, and then help to overcome those particulars. I.e. fill the gap between general doc/guides and our particulars.
Once the system is running we will take care of it. If more issues pop up, we may buy more hours etc.
Any ideas / suggestions?
