Night/day job rule

Hi,

it is possible to create some rule like :

This job will only run on night (6 pm - 6 am), if the job not finish it will suspended and another job (day job) will running until 6 pm, and the night job will continue running… it is possible? If not what is the best approach to achieve night/day rule?
