Hello All,

Currently, we have uploaded an initial set of architecture considerations. We would love to hear about clarifications and constructive feedback. Over time, we will add more details on every section as sub-pages to this root page.

Hello,

There has been significant architectural approach changes in this project. Please review the updated design slides at https://openpbs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/1507164161/PBS+Pro+multi-server+project+architecture+and+design.

Particularly, we would like inputs, feedback and ideas on how to generate unique jobids across the multiple server instances. A few ideas are listed around the end of the slide-deck, but they all have their pros and cons and hence we would like inputs for a choice.
