I’ve had to configure PBS (Professional, Open, TORQUE) for various license-controlled third party applications over the years. I share this on GitHub in case it is useful for other administrators.

That’s ace. I cloned the repo and had a good look and a play with some of them. There are some Perl issues (like defined() now being deprected) and a few small config issues, but nothing major. Some of those will come in mighty useful.
I also released some PBS stuff recently. See PBSWeb but it does take a bit of time to install.
Nice short Perl scripts like yours are good, one can eyeball them for safety, test them out, and easiliy modify them to suit.
